LMPD announces major changes within department

He's the leader of the metro council committee that LMPD answers to and was also the head of the Attorney General's investigation unit. The Chief works for a guy whose claim to fame was inheriting a company and that's who's really running the show. For all of Conrad's years of service, he only spent a handful of them actually in charge of law enforcement activity before he became a Chief and his time as chief has been very underwhelming. He is like one of those bands who's been playing at the bar for decades but was never very good.
