The problem is a huge lack Supervision.... I disnt much see the 4th div flex the last 5 years... Look them up in courtnet.... LAZYYYYY. Typical LMPD, come in hour late..make one arrest, three hour lunch and go home 2 hours early. YOU ALL PUT UR SELF OUTTA WORK... (kudos to 3rd div flex for their work)
