LMPD announces major changes within department

There's some truth to the idea that the Mayor and Chief are both losing popularity and not just among police or Republicans. Whether it's deserved or not, these homicides happened on their watch and having demoralized police isn't helping. There are better people who'll likely run for Mayor next time.
