LMPD announces major changes within department

Why arrest drug dealers when you can hand out needles? Why protect the border when you can open them up to drug smugglers? Why call for calm in a city with riots when you can talk about police being abusive? That's the Obama way. If there's a correct decision to be made, he will go the opposite way.
