Dad of slain rapper upset by 'snitch' fliers

Police retirement in Kentucky now means going from the thin blue line to the thin blue vest. It's no coincidence that hardly anyone is applying. The politicians have only themselves to blame. It was their bright idea to limit cost of living raises and get rid of retirement.
