If you think about the KSP when the real answer is KCD (Kentucky Country Day) but there was never a full time S.W.A.T. team. They were just a over glamorized crowd control unit. The Commanders were there too. I used to work in a city half the size of Louisville outside Pittsburgh so KSP has a vary I mean very wide area to call their beat but back up is good too.
