KSP is no different than any other department. The problem is today's youth. They don't care about professionalism or pride in their department. Does KSP want to take pride in writing tickets or working criminal cases. KSP has a rough reputation as an investigative agency. I.E. Innocence project. Cubby and KSP had an awful relationship. That is Cubby's fault. Jason Ellis deserves justice. I had to invoke state statutes to get a trooper to take an accident report on an interstate. $7,000 dollars damage. The crisis will be recruiting for all departments. The current benefits suck. LMPD bringing rehired back. What a joke. Good luck with that.
