McCubbin: Mayor attempting to justify restructuring with excuses, attacks on officers

While I am not, and have not been, part of the case against Mr Hayes I am confident that homicide detectives and command would have consulted at length with the Commonwealth's Attorney about this case. But what do I know....

Shut up.... A jury had to decide this case.. The dead guy did smash the window of the shooters car.... but the dead guy got back in his car, put his car in gear and the car was in motion leaving when the shooter fired the shot killing him... When the dead guy is driving away he is NO LONGER A THREAT... I agree 10000% on the charge and allowing a jury to decide... I happen to disagree with with jury but it was their verdict and our system of justice so I fine with it...
