You might want to at least read the story in the link before commenting. This story is about a black child that was victimized and traumatized. It has nothing to do with the color of the victim or the perpetrator's skin. It's about the filter through which some individuals view the world. Congratulations!

There is a lot to fear from violent criminals living a Godless urban gangsta rap video lifestyle that thinks nobody's life matters unless the police shot somebody.

If the child was robbed by someone wearing an eyepatch, it's reasonable that she might be afraid of people wearing eyepatches. It's more about what the child has been exposed to. Nothing racist about it.
