Off duty officers turned away from concert at Louisville Palace

There is only one Trooper assigned to Bullitt County at this time. In the 70's and 80's I was one of 13 Troopers assigned to Bullitt County. KSP will probably assign a "couple" more to handle this county in the near future (?)
