The only reason Obama hasn't taken any guns is because Congress won't let him. Most attacks happen where guns are banned or concealed carry is highly restricted, like San Bernardino and UC-Merced in the gun ban utopia of California, which are the locations of the last 2 attacks by ISIS followers in the US. Places like the church in South Carolina where 9 people got killed, because concealed carry is banned in churches there. Places like the Navy recruiting stations in Tennessee, where combat veterans are forbidden from carrying weapons to protect themselves from terrorists like the one who shot them. Places like France, where nobody but the government, criminals and terrorists can carry them. Places like private property where guns are banned by the owners, such as Planned Parenthood. The cities with the most gun control have the highest murder rates and have people like you in charge of the failed attempts at law enforcement there. Concealed carriers defend themselves every day with their firearms and aren't hoping for the police to show up in 10 minutes to save them from being murdered.

So why did the Aurora, Colorado killer pick the Cinemark theater? You might think that it was the one closest to the killer’s apartment. Or, that it was the one with the largest audience. Instead, out of all the movie theaters within 20 minutes of his apartment showing the new Batman movie that night, it was the only one where guns were banned. In Colorado, individuals with permits can carry concealed handgun in most malls, stores, movie theaters, and restaurants. But private businesses can determine whether permit holders can carry guns on their private property.
