In fairness to the chief, I like this letter! JCPS is too quick to pass the buck to Police, instead of handling a problem themselves. They are supposed to be the experts dealing with Juveniles...As far as removing kids off the bus, most of the time JCPS would never prosecute for Criminal Tresspass...They excpect officers to just take a student off the bus, by once again passing the buck to the officer.
