Behind the badge: Officers under attack

Uuuhhh, I think I just heard a protester say that "Black lives matter in Chicago". Really?? Because one black man was shot by police? Why didn't "Black lives matter in Chicago" when the dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of black men and women and children were killed by black men and women and children?
