Because this is a huge class action kind of mistake and metro has a vested interest in getting as few people as possible in on this lawsuit. You don't honestly think metro would allow the El Presidente to write a full page into the contact giving himself tons of benefits and a full time gig without them being able to pull the strings when they feel those strings need to be pulled, do you?
