So people will work a 12 hour day on the late shift and then go to court for another 4 or 5 hours? Maybe just stay up 24 hours for a jury trial? Will they be proving beds in the courtrooms? There are only 2.8 Lieutenants per Sergeant. They would have to create a new Traffic Detail Division stocked with all the extra Lieutenants.
