No wonder why crime is high there with all them flashing gang signs and talking about selling dope or shooting somebody, It only takes a few idiots to t--- up a village and they have thousands of them. The administration being retired on duty and collecting a paycheck for town hall meetings or new task force announcements doesn't help either. The feds did have some sharp suits for the group photo.
