I want to see them do that in an airport or the rotunda of the Capital building. Point being is that it wouldn't happen. They do it in places that are too scared to do anything about it. Everyday citizens should carry around large amounts of OC spray and when these idiots get in the way they get a large dose of juice. I can guarantee you that if I was on duty I wouldn't have seen a thing as to who did it.
