The Major was LIVID!!
There were no arrests because Car 1 gave a motivational speech to the Major regarding the best way for the Major to keep his current rank. Just sayin

I would like to see these tree huggers protest in a jurisdiction controlled by the Kentucky State Police. We all know the outcome. There would be plenty of folks phoning for bail money.
