That was the one posted to this website. The real lesson is don't be d@@ing around on major cases like vagrancy when there is real crime in your division. Even if he was actually a vagrant, he wasn't doing enough to warrant officer contact unless he was sitting near a white picket fence in a no-crime suburb, and it would have been a complete waste of time. If you don't see that lesson then that might explain why you will never be selected for a better assignment.
