Obama let the virus spread in Africa? Viruses don't ask permission from politicians and its really up to the medical profession to be ready for it. I doubt anyone is ready for a pandemic since they don't happen often. Yellowstone could erupt and blanked America in ash or a comet could slam into a major city and the government is just not powerful enough to do anything but clean up the mess if anyone is left.
