Man killed in LMPD officer-involved shooting in Russell neighborhood

Tell me about it. It's pretty ridiculous when half my platoon is too tired to do anything other than just making their calls, and even that they'll complain about. They don't give a damn about their regular on-duty career, because they're too consumed by their off-duty work.
