Officer accused of kicking handcuffed woman

Just curious, how do you figure she is going to be cleared if there is video of her "kicking" a subject who is sitting and handcuffed?

Phil Russell will do anything to have his face plastered on television. I'm surprised he was wearing a uniform. Typically, he's wearing shorts and flip flops.

He alone with LMPD should be ashamed. Some of you would say there is no racism on the department, or a strong buddy system, call it what you want, but would someone tell me my TIMOTHY BOLING'S story has not mad it on here yet? That's a damn shame! lol
