Seriously considering applying with LMPD (for a year now). 35 y/o female in good shape, but always room for improvement. Ive worked dispatch for several agencies (always in good standing and again, in good shape).Any input from actual LMPD officers??? Would appreciate blunt honesty.

Indiana still has defined benefit retirement and it's funded.... Try there!

Why does LMPD have officers that go on vacation 4 times a year but can't come to work? Always in Florida but then at the doctors office when it's time to come back to Louisville? Just askin
