Good Bye and good luck to the officers in Little Rock. You are getting somone who has no problem making sure those who challenge his authority pay for it. He is not a leader as much as someone who has deceived his way thru the system. Those of us who remember him from the old street crimes unit remember how he operated and violated rights of citizens.
