Judge dismisses police officer's lawsuit against WHAS radio personality Terry Meiners

The promotional process works fine as far as equal opportunity. However, it cannot be ignored that there is some talent who has no interest in ever becoming part of police promotions. There are some officers who are clearly entrepreneurs and would do very well in police management if they chose that career path.
