It's every officer's problem and every citizen's problem when there aren't enough officers to safely and effectively patrol the streets. Officer safety requires having enough people so officers have backup. There are people out there doing 1-person building searches and 1because the city is too cheap to hire enough officers. That's not the only example either. There aren't enough officers do stop the rising violent crime. People are getting murdered because the department is completely rolling over
