Nothing in that earlier post was singling out a particular division. If there is an officer, Sgt, Lt or even a Major sitting at the division and someone is without backup, they should get in the car and go. That rule goes in triple for beat officers and Detectives nearby simply shooting the breeze or not clearing from their last run because it's "break time"
