Remember how Chief White would "reorganize" his commanders every year or so? No Major would stay in their divisions for several years under White. Conrad seems to have a different management style and that is perogative, but that observation aside, this place is starting to get a little stale. By the way, I think Conrad's style in terms of movement of Majors is better. It promotes division ownership.
