Don’t need a Night Chief. If a Lt can’t handle it he can wake up his Major. If it is so important that the Major can’t handle it then wake up the Chief. That’s in theory. In reality if you are waking up a Major or the Chief for anything other than the most critical or important circumstances, then you don’t need to be a Lt.
