This is why lmpd academy is too excessive - anyone who can not learn all KRS's in 40 hrs. need not be a cop! It's more important to learn how to "handle" yourself on the streets - you can look up the proper charges(if you don't know} after subject in custody. KSP back - up averages 60 miles away - lmpd is 6 blocks ! There has only been a handful of changes in the KRS since it was implemented in May 1975. Why has class training time increased 4 fold?
