Bad people will always do bad things and until we (the police) get a crystal ball telling when and where the crime is going to happen we can not stop it. You can create as many special units and civilian jobs addressing the violent crime and it will continue. Until the police are allowed to their job accordingly and deal with violent offenders in the correct manner it will continue. Also, it is joke to try to compare Louisville's crime to Detroit or Chicago.Compared to them we are Mayberry.
