Collective Bargaining, that what we have when it comes to contract negotiations. The reason why at the end of it all, if we as a membership don't agree on an offer/contract, the city can give us pretty much what it feels we should get. BINDING ARBITRATION is what we don't have. If we go to arbitration and this third party comes p with a fair offer (regardless if it's good or bad for the membership) the city can in turn say " thank you, that seems to be fair but not thanks, this is what we are going
