I have been waiting here all week for my subpeona...It has not shown up yet. What judge in their right mind would sign a subpeona or search warrant ordering me to hand over the ip addresses of people excercising their right to free speech? The only incident I can imagine where that would ever happen is if credible threats were made against someone. And what if I did not record ip addresses in the database, or emptied them all from the database table? There is no law that states I have to record
