many dept our size make 70 plus after about 7 years. I would gladly pay 250.00 a checkfi for insurance, which would be after what I already pay is about 4800 more a year for a 20,000 raise. That 70 grand goes to ur retirement. I know Indy, Charlotte, KC, Cincy and a few others our size make 20,000-30,000 more in base pay and Some have take home cars, all still get clothing, equipment, college incentive and bi-lingual pay..
