Three men shot to death outside southern Louisville apartments

I know a lot of officers around the state that have them, and they love them. The "undershirt" only has patches, etc. where it shows. Most have 2-3 shirt/carriers for the vest panels, but unless it is really hot, they don't change them out but once a week.
