The officer was in a complete state of panic and it was obvious with the repeated request for EMS to step it up. The officer was advised multiple times EMS (and fired) were coming code 3 yet continued to shriek to radio's annoyance. The officer sounded like he had no control of the scene. I have done real police work. I monitor other channels when I'm on duty. Please tell me you are not a supervisor with your mentality. You represent all that is wrong with LMPD.
