ummmmm nope... been there done that still doing it. DONT SOUND LIKE A SCARED GIRL ON THE RADIO....YOU ARE THE POLICE, TAKE COMMAND AND TAKE CHARGE... ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. You have no idea who is responding. Several are replying and many have done tons of police work.

Problem is, do you really think that EMS was NOT getting there as fast as possible? Saying "step it up" does nothing at all - they are trying to get there. Often EMS can't get into the scene because officers aren't making sure they have a clear route TO get there. (Not saying that was the case here, but I've seen it - with officers demanding EMS get to a scene and EMS having to respond, well, come move your vehicle and we will ....)

The officer was in a complete state of panic and it was obvious with the repeated request for EMS to step it up. The officer was advised multiple times EMS (and fired) were coming code 3 yet continued to shriek to radio's annoyance. The officer sounded like he had no control of the scene. I have done real police work. I monitor other channels when I'm on duty. Please tell me you are not a supervisor with your mentality. You represent all that is wrong with LMPD. And by the way, how much do you want to bet the officer WAS NOT attending to the injured? I'll bet he stood there with his radio in his hand screaming like he was watching a horror film. You don't appear to even know what the true mean of "Monday morning quarterback" means.

So you are defending calling EMS to step it up multiple times? I guess all idiots stick together.
