I was listening to this on the 4th Division channel when it was dispatched. Cannot believe the doofus who kept telling radio to have EMS step it up. He did it like 4 times with an attitude. How about starting CPR instead getting frustrated that people are staring at you because you are doing absolutely nothing to save a life? I have been on these scenes before and you do feel hopeless until EMS arrives, but that is no reason to act like they can get there in the snap of a finger. Look busy. Do CPR!!!
