Reading all the comments on the sr vs jr policing is interesting. I am retired now but remember how exciting everyday at work was and how the old experienced cops us to think us rookies were a bunch of loose cannons and risk takers. That was 23 years ago and we are still talking about the same subject. Funny how somethings never change. We need both the old dogs and the new pups to have a great department.
