I spend plenty of time mentoring new officers... so u dont know what ur talking about, but it seems like 80% of patrol has 7000 series code numbers.....several Officers who have been solo 3 years are nkw PTO. I know the rules are the rules....but the chief needs to increase it to 7-10 years and see how many are interested.....
