If you were a supervisor rather than an internet goofball with short-man's disease, an OSHA officer would consider your post a threat to retaliate against someone filing a complaint. That alone would be enough to get the city in trouble. OSHA complaints can be filed anonymously with the state or federal government.

While I understand what you are trying to say, it is worth noting that eliminating the take home car program would not eliminate dangerous vehicles. That logic doesn't even make sense. Whether they sit in your driveway or a substation parking lot, the malfunctions and safety issues still exist and would still have to be addressed, whether Conrad wanted to or not. Personally, I don't care about take home cars either.
