Chief White said anyone who was a police officer prior to getting hired and was not a lateral could cbange their name tag to reflect that....NOT EXPLORER. I dont have a problem with anyone changing theirs if they had any prior hazardous duty retirement time.....With the new patrol uniform its not a problem.
