I am seriously concerned they are cutting the separate FOP health insurance... If sparse raises were the ONLY way to keep it I would have to take it

we will only get back pay IF once the contract is settled we received a raise for those years. If we get a ZERO for the first year or two we get NO BACK PAY. Nothing is going to change as of now. lets just hope for the best and stay unified.
