The reason Kenneth Betts makes a ton of court pay is because he uses his head. For each person he arrests' for having a warrant- he does a fresh charge for bail jumping. lol. He dont earn the top in court pay for actual police work- he uses his head. HA!!

It was said Kenneth Betts will not take the Sergeants exam. Kenneth is going to take the Lieutenants exam and say he was a Sergeant and use his explorer time. HA HA. Everyone know's how he lied and listed his hire date, instead of the sworn date to sneak his way into taking the exam two years ago.

I said it before and I will say it again.

Kenneth Betts will NOT be in the top 20 at the end of the year, just like he never has been before.

But don't get it twisted. I still think he is a major douche and doesn't know his place or believe in really earning respect. Still, there are a lot of guys with a lot more time on that will beat him in OT like always. And about 98% of them are in Traffic. Lol. But at least I see them out earning that sh-t all the time. KB has learned how to work the system, not work. He grosses me out.
