It would speed UP the process. I was BA certified but lost it when hired by LMPD. You get to the book now and the Correction Officer has to observe them for 20 min to make sure they don't put anything in their mouth or drink anything. I sit there for 20 minutes! If I were still BA certified I would be observing them from the beginning of the stop and drive to the book. Get to the book and WAAAAALAAAAAA I can give the test ASAP! and leave.
