Good question ... I keep hearing that, but I ask, how many LMPD officers have policed elsewhere (some have) and what do they think about it? LMPD officers aren't trained to the same level in DUI response, I know, since they don't take Intox, and they don't learn as much about crime scene response, either, I know.
