You're just as wrong as the first poster. Laying down is a cowardly way to handle things. We need to take pride in our jobs and control the things that we can. If we act honorably, we can go home with our heads held high, knowing we did what we could. Just because the rest of the system isn't holding up their end, doesn't mean that we should lose our integrity. Do your job, and don't worry about the rest.
