This is still wrong. The thug deserved to be pepper sprayed and have vigilante justice served on him, however, that is not what we are in business for. The Officer was wrong in his actions. You, the Officer's make the justice system. Lay down and dont do anything, then they will want you to do your job & you will get support. I remember we did this 10 + years ago and the Attorneys were calling complaining, judges, prosecutors etc. Think about it, WE MAKE THEM MONEY. No arrest, No citations, no need
