As a 30 year vet did you find it easy to do 30? Officers now think it's odd for somebody to do that much time. Did you move around a lot in your career and did you make rank? If you answer "no" to any of those questions, do you think you would have stayed on less than 30? I think peer pressure makes a lot of officers leave way before their time.
