Huhh? I didn't get any hit on officers living outside Jefferson County necessarily, but the reality is, you are going to feel differently about a community you LIVE in versus one you WORK in - and can leave when your shift is over. If you choose to live in another county, fine - but my family LIVES in Jefferson County and I have a vested interest in this county being well-policed ALL the time.
